Boost goes silicon valley 2024

At Boost Turku, we are on a mission to inspire growth-minded students, and what better place to learn and get inspired than the Mecca of Startups, Silicon Valley! This trip aims to bring together founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and enthusiastic individuals from Boost who are eager to delve into the world of startups and technology. So yes, we are heading to the Valley!

Great that you want to join our trip! Seats are very limited, so remember to put effort in your application.

Selection criteria

• Active involvement in Boost Activities especially during 2024
• High motivation towards entrepreneurship and becoming a startup founder
• Motivation for the trip
• Must be a member of the Boost
• You need to be a student in UTU, TUAS, ÅA or Novia

Write a motivation letter covering:

1. Who are you and why do you want to participate in this trip?
2. What’s been your involvement in Boost activities during the year?
3. Tell us five locations (can be firms, events, places) where you want to visit during the trip and tell us why?
4. What’s your history and current relationship with the startups and the whole ecosystem? (Do you have your own startup or have been working in one? Have you been involved in some Entrepreneur Society activities or projects etc.?)
5. Key learnings you would like to get from this trip?

Write your application carefully, as seats for the trip are very limited. The application can be text, video or whatever you come up with!
