Doerz - Sharing the Passion

In many cities, people still end up using (part of) their spare time in a way they wouldn’t want to. Feels weird but that’s how it is. They end up doing the same old things even if they’d be willing to try new experiences every now and then. It’s just not ever there when you need it. Your local restaurant is always there, and that movie theatre, laser tag place, escape room or whatever it is they always go. And there’s nothing wrong with routines, but settling for something in lack of options is not the way to go. Not anymore.

If only there was a place where you could find unique experiences provided for you by the other locals. Not those professional teams who have been around doing that for decades, but normal people, just like you and me, sharing some of their passion for a hobby, trait or skill. Now that would be awesome!

We’re dedicated to solve that problem: too many people having to settle for the same old things to do. Not being able to find unique experiences affordably and on a short time frame. When we are done, our marketplace is the place where people go and see what’s there to do today in this city, where ever that is and whatever are their preferences.

P2P for experiences

P2P experiences are the next big thing in city culture for young urban adults. These are the same people who used to buy stuff online. And they still do, but not in the same way they used to. Lately, more than a half of their online consumption has been targeted for services, rather than things. The world in this sense is finally changing: unique experiences are becoming more and more valuable.
